Dr. Parniani holds a Ph.D. in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, along with dual Master of Science degrees in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and the University of Technology Malaysia. He also earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Isfahan.
